3.2.14. System of an equilibration of a bent shaft (engines since 1998)
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove the oil pallet and a maslozaborny branch pipe. |
2. Install the N1 piston in VMT, having combined a synchronizing tag of a pulley with the index on a cover. |
3. Unscrew bolts and remove the block of an equilibration of a bent shaft located in the basis of the block of cylinders. Remove a dividing plate. |
|
Installation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. If you carried out any works with a bent shaft or install the new block of an equilibration, you need to adjust a gap of the tooth gearing. |
|
2. If you install the old block, turn shaft so that cuts on their ends were directed down and were on one line. |
3. Establish a dividing plate and install the block. |
4. Tighten bolts. |
5. Establish a maslozaborny branch pipe and the oil pallet. |
|
Adjustment
The gap of gear wheels is regulated by thickness of the dividing plate established between the block of cylinders and the block of an equilibration.

If you install the new block, use the thickest plate of N85.
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Install the N1 piston in VMT and prepare the KM-949 tool. Install the measuring lever on the right shaft. The lever has to be in horizontal position. Twist both wheels in shaft, and strong tighten. Arrange the measuring device so that its probe entered a flute on the measuring lever. |
2. Turn the left shaft up to the end clockwise and install the measuring device on zero. Turn a shaft up to the end counterclockwise and write down indications of the measuring instrument. |
3. Remove the measuring device, turn a bent shaft on 45 ° (shaft will turn on 90 °). Weaken a castor of the right shaft and install the measuring lever in horizontal position. Take repeated measurement. |
4. Repeat the procedure described above two more times that at you four results of measurements turned out. |
5. All received results have to be in limits of 0,02-0,06 mm. If the result at least of one of measurements is beyond the specified interval, it is necessary to carry out adjustment. |
6. The size of the received measurements is directly proportional to thickness of the established plate. |
