3.2.6. Covers of a gas-distributing belt
EXTERNAL COVER
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off an additional driving belt. |
|
|
2. Twist a nut of the holder of a plait of wires. |
|
|
3. Uncover the holder. |
|
4. Disconnect the holder of a plait of wires and a hose of cooling liquid from the top part of a cover of a gas-distributing belt. |
|
5. Unscrew fixing bolts of an external cover of a gas-distributing belt
|
|
6. Remove an external cover. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
|
1. Establish a cover into place. Check that external rubber plugs were on the places. |
| |
2. Put on washers and rubber plugs fixing bolts of a cover, insert and tighten bolts. |
| 3. Establish the holder of a plait of wires and tighten a nut. |
| 4. Establish an additional belt. |

BACK COVER
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a gas-distributing belt. |
| 2. Remove asterisks of camshafts and an asterisk of a bent shaft. Remove a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt and an intermediate pulley. |
| 3. Disconnect the camshaft sensor from a back cover. |
| 4. Unscrew fixing bolts of a back cover and uncover. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
