3.2.12. Oil pallet
INTEGRAL OIL PALLET
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. |
| 3. Merge oil and tighten a cap of a drain opening. |
| 4. Disconnect a wire from the oil level sensor on the oil pallet. |
| 5. Unscrew bolts, the fixing basic arms to the transmission and the block of cylinders. Remove both arms and remove the lower cover of a flywheel. |
| 6. Twist nuts of the left and right support of the engine, remove an arm of the right support. |
| 7. Fix the engine on the elevator. |
| 8. Unscrew bolts of the oil pallet and remove the pallet. |
| 9. Remove a maslozaborny branch pipe and a dividing partition of the pallet. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Carefully clean the joined surfaces of the pallet, the block of cylinders and the oil pump. Clean bolts of the pallet and a maslozaborny branch pipe. |
| 2. Apply N15 03 295 sealant on the joined surfaces of the block of cylinders. |
| 3. Apply N15 10 181 sealant on carvings of bolts of a maslozaborny branch pipe. |
| 4. Establish a dividing partition and tighten bolts of a maslozaborny branch pipe. |
| 5. Apply sealant on carvings of bolts of the pallet, install the pallet and tighten bolts. |
| 6. Establish the remained details. |

COMPOUND OIL PALLET
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. |
| 3. Merge oil and tighten a cap of a drain opening. |
| 4. Disconnect a wire from the sensor of the control system of level of the car and disconnect a rod from hinged connection of the lever of the sensor. |
| 5. Remove connecting draft of the steering drive. |
| 6. Twist nuts, the fixing left and right support of the engine to a body. |
| 7. Fix the engine on the elevator. |
| 8. Unscrew forward bolts of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket on four turns. Fix a back part of a cross-piece by means of a jack and unscrew back bolts. Lower a back part of a cross-piece approximately by 10 cm. |
| 9. If necessary disconnect a wire from the sensor of level of oil and, having removed a lock ring, press the sensor socket inside. |
| 10. Unscrew bolts and remove the oil pallet together with laying. |
| 11. Disconnect a wire from the sensor of temperature of oil and unscrew the bolts fixing an arm of forward section of an exhaust pipe. |
| 12. Unscrew the bolts fixing a cast part of the pallet to the transmission and to the block of cylinders. Remove a cast part of the pallet. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Carefully clean the joined surfaces of both parts of the pallet and the block of cylinders. Clean bolts of a cast part and a maslozaborny branch pipe. |
| 2. Apply N15 10 181 sealant on carvings of bolts of a maslozaborny branch pipe and tighten bolts. |
| 3. Apply N15 03 295 sealant on the joined surfaces of the block of cylinders. |
| 4. Apply sealant on carvings of bolts of a cast part of the pallet, establish a cast part and tighten bolts. |
| 5. Establish an external part of the pallet and tighten bolts. |
| 6. Establish the remained details. |
