3.2.8. Natyazhitel of a belt, asterisks and intermediate pulleys
ASTERISKS OF CAMSHAFTS
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a gas-distributing belt. |
|
|
2. Stop the camshaft of the removed asterisk. |
| 3. Unscrew a bolt of an asterisk and remove an asterisk. |
|
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Examine an epiploon of the camshaft and, if necessary, replace it. |
|
|
2. If you put on an asterisk the camshaft of inlet valves, the adjusting pin of a shaft has to enter an opening on an asterisk "IN" marked by a tag if the asterisk is put on the camshaft of final valves, the pin has to be inserted into an opening "EX" marked by a tag. |
| 3. Put on an asterisk the end of the camshaft and tighten a bolt. |

ASTERISK OF THE BENT SHAFT
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a gas-distributing belt. |
| 2. Stop a bent shaft. |
| 3. Unscrew a bolt of an asterisk and remove an asterisk. In installation time you need a new bolt. |

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| Insert a segment spline into a shaft, put on an asterisk and tighten a bolt. |

NATYAZHITEL
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a gas-distributing belt. |
| 2. Unscrew a fixing bolt and remove a natyazhitel. |
|
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
INTERMEDIATE PULLEYS
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a gas-distributing belt. |
| 2. Unscrew fixing bolts of pulleys and remove pulleys. If necessary remove arms of pulleys. |

Installation
Establish arms of pulleys and pulleys.
