3.5.14. Oil heater
The oil heater is installed on a forward left part of the block of cylinders of the engine. On engines till 1998 the oil heater is placed in a casing of an oil filter, and on models since 1998 fastens bolts to a forward part of a casing of an oil filter.
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. |
Models till 1998. |
2. Press hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the oil heater. Weaken collars and remove hoses from a radiator. |
3. Wipe area about a casing of an oil filter, unscrew bolts and remove a casing and laying from a head of the block of cylinders. |

4. Unscrew screws and uncover the oil heater (the drawing at the left) and laying a forward part of a casing of an oil filter (the drawing on the right). |

5. Unscrew bolts from a back part of a casing of an oil filter |
|
|
6. Remove the oil heater (the drawing at the left) together with sealing rings (are specified by shooters in the drawing on the right). |
Models since 1998. |
7. Press hoses of supply of cooling liquid to the oil heater. Release collars and remove hoses from the oil heater. |
8. Wipe area about the oil heater, unscrew bolts and remove the oil heater and laying from a casing of an oil filter. |

Installation

Installation is made in the sequence, the return to removal. At the same time it is necessary to establish new laying and sealing rings. |
