3.5.6. Pulley of a bent shaft

Prevention

At installation of a pulley it is necessary to use a new bolt.

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports. Remove the right wheel.

2. Take off an auxiliary driving belt.

3. Weaken a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft. For an exception of a provorachivaniye of a bent shaft record it, having included any transfer and having pressed a brake.

4. Unscrew a bolt and remove a pulley of a bent shaft. Check a condition of an oil sealing ring of a bent shaft and, if necessary, replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Establish a pulley on a bent shaft. At the same time a groove in a pulley (it is specified by an arrow) combine with a spline of a bent shaft.
	2. Establish a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft.
	3. Record a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye and in stages tighten a bolt of fastening of a pulley of a bent shaft.
4. Establish an auxiliary driving belt.
5. Establish a wheel and lower the car.
