3.5.8. Natyazhiteli of a chain

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove a casing of the air filter.
2. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of the right support of the engine from a head of the block of cylinders.
	3. Unscrew a tension mechanism head from a back part of a head of the block of cylinders.
	4. Take a tension mechanism plunger.
Prevention Do not turn a bent shaft of the engine at removal of the mechanism of a tension.
5. Examine a tension mechanism plunger on existence of wear or damages and, if necessary, replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Oil a tension mechanism plunger pure engine and insert it into a head of the block of cylinders.
	2. Establish a new sealing ring to a tension mechanism head (it is specified by an arrow).
	3. Nazhamite a tension mechanism plunger head before click for the correct adjustment of the mechanism of a tension. Screw up a head, having tightened the required moment.
4. Establish the right suspension bracket of the power unit.
5. Establish a casing of the air filter.

LOWER NATYAZHITEL OF THE CHAIN

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.
	2. Unscrew a head of the mechanism of a tension of the lower chain.
	3. Take a plunger.
Prevention Do not turn a bent shaft of the engine at removal of the mechanism of a tension.
4. Examine a tension mechanism plunger on existence of wear and damages and, if necessary, replace it.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

	1. Grease a plunger (it is specified by an arrow) the tension mechanism with pure engine oil and insert it into place.
	2. Establish a head of the lower mechanism of a tension with a new sealing ring and tighten it the required moment. If the new mechanism of a tension is installed, press a pin in the central part of a head before click therefore the pin has to be pressed and come back to the place easily.
