11.4. Support of a forward brake
Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Remove a big fixing clip from a support if it is necessary. |

2. Turn off bolts of fingers of a support. |
|
3. Remove a support from a fixing arm. |
4. Press a brake hose, turn off a bolt of connection and disconnect a hose from a support. |
|
5. Turn off two fixing bolts. |
|
6. Remove a fixing arm of a support. |
|
Repair
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Clear a support, unbend uvulas (are specified by shooters) and remove a protective plate from the piston if it is necessary. |
2. Remove the piston and consolidation. |
|
3. Remove hydraulic consolidation of the piston, trying not to scratch cylinder walls (by means of the blunt nonmetallic tool). |
4. Squeeze out plugs from fixing openings of a support. |
5. Wash out all elements in pure brake fluid and replace the worn-out or damaged elements. |

Assembly
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Assembly of elements of a support is carried out upside-down. |
|
2. Grease walls of the cylinder, consolidation and the piston with brake fluid before installation. On models with the 4-cylinder engine till 1998 of release turn the piston so that the acting part of the piston was located horizontally in relation to a support. |

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
