4.5. Pump of cooling liquid

FOUR-CYLINDER MODELS

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid.
2. Remove a pulley of a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt.
3. Disconnect a wire of the sensor of a bent shaft from a cover of a gas-distributing belt.
4. Unscrew and get bolts of the water pump. Note the correct adjusting provision of all bolts.
5. Remove the water pump from the engine.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. In installation time do not forget to replace a sealing ring of the pump and to grease it with silicone lubricant.

SIX-CYLINDER MODELS

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid.
2. Remove a forward cover of a gas-distributing belt.
3. Unscrew and get bolts of the water pump. Note the correct adjusting provision of all bolts.
4. Remove the water pump.
5. Take laying.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. In installation time do not forget to replace a sealing ring of the pump and to grease it with silicone lubricant.
