4.2. Radiator

Removal

SIX-CYLINDER MODELS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid from the engine cooling system.
2. Unscrew screws and remove the top cover of a radiator.
3. Remove the accumulator.
4. Remove the preliminary camera of multiline system of an intake of air.
5. Disconnect wires from switches of the cooling fan
6. Disconnect wires from the locking valve of system of secondary air.
7. Disconnect wires from the additional water pump.
8. Disconnect from a radiator top (the drawing at the left) and lower hoses (the drawing on the right).
9. Disconnect a hose of a broad tank from a radiator.
10. Disconnect hoses from the locking valve of system of secondary air.
11. Unscrew a bolt and disconnect the condensation block of coolant from a radiator.
12. In models with the automatic transmission disconnect hoses from a radiator of transmission liquid.
13. Squeeze spring fastenings in the top part of a radiator.
14. Remove a radiator together with the cooling fan.

FOUR-CYLINDER MODELS

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid from the cooling system.
2. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
3. Disconnect wires from the main cooling fans and from switches of fans.
4. Disconnect all hoses from a radiator.
5. Unscrew screws and disconnect the heat exchanger of the air conditioner from a radiator.
6. In models with the automatic transmission disconnect hoses from a radiator of transmission liquid.
7. Remove a radiator together with the cooling fan.

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
