4.3. The cooling fan(s)
THE MAIN COOLING FAN (FOUR-CYLINDER MODELS)
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Disconnect wires from the fan motor. |
| 3. Unscrew two screws fixing the fan to a back part of a radiator. |
| 4. Disconnect a fan casing from the lower fastening and remove a casing together with the fan. |
| 5. Twist three nuts and remove the fan motor. |
| 6. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |

THE MAIN COOLING FAN (SIX-CYLINDER ENGINES)
Removal and installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the accumulator. |
| 2. Disconnect the locking valve of secondary air from a fan casing. |
| 3. Unscrew screws and remove the top cover of a radiator. |
| 4. Remove the preliminary camera of multiline system of an intake of air. |
| 5. Disconnect wires from a back part of the motor of a radiator. |
| 6. Remove the additional water pump located sideways a fan casing. |
|
7. Unscrew three screws fixing a fan casing to a back part of a radiator. |
|
8. Disconnect a fan casing from the lower fastening and remove a casing together with the fan. |
|
9. Twist three nuts and remove the fan motor. |
| 10. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |

THE AUXILIARY COOLING FANS
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Remove the protective front grille and a cross-piece located in a forward part of office of the engine. |
|
|
3. Unscrew screws and disconnect an air inlet from a cross-piece. |
|
|
| 4. Uncover and disconnect a plait of wires of the auxiliary fan from the multicontact socket. |
|
5. Disconnect a trench of a plait of wires from a body. |
|
|
| 6. Unscrew screws and remove the fan and the motor of the fan from a casing. |
|
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
