10.5. Epiploon of the leading gear wheel of the main transfer

Replacement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the main transfer and clamp it in a vice.
2. Measure a tightness of the bearing of the leading gear wheel. For this purpose put on a key a nut of the leading gear wheel and measure torque at which the leading gear wheel will begin to move. It has to be approximately equal to 90-120 N. to m.
3. Mark the provision of a fixing nut of the leading flange and turn off it, having counted speed. Remove a flange.
4. Replace an epiploon, establish into place a flange and tighten a fixing nut on the counted speed.
5. Adjust a tightness of the bearing of the leading gear wheel, having tightened up a fixing nut of a flange.
6. Establish the main transfer into place.
