1. Remove the main transfer and clamp it in a vice. |
2. Measure a tightness of the bearing of the leading gear wheel. For this purpose put on a key a nut of the leading gear wheel and measure torque at which the leading gear wheel will begin to move. It has to be approximately equal to 90-120 N. to m. |
3. Mark the provision of a fixing nut of the leading flange and turn off it, having counted speed. Remove a flange. |
4. Replace an epiploon, establish into place a flange and tighten a fixing nut on the counted speed. |
5. Adjust a tightness of the bearing of the leading gear wheel, having tightened up a fixing nut of a flange. |
6. Establish the main transfer into place. |
