9.2.3. Gear shifting mechanism
Check functioning of the lever of gear shifting. If necessary adjust the switching mechanism.
Adjustment
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Install the lever in parking situation (P). Lift and fix a forward part of the car. |

2. Find the switching lever on the left side of the transmission and weaken a coupling bolt of the switching rod (it is specified by an arrow). Move the switching transmission lever completely back in situation (R) and tighten a coupling bolt. |
| 3. Check operation of the lever of gear shifting. |

Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift and fix a forward part of the car. |
|
2. Remove lock rings and disconnect the switching rod from the transmission and the switching lever (it is specified by an arrow). Remove a rod. |
|
Installation
Grease with universal lubricant rotary pins of the switching rod and establish a rod, having fixed it by lock rings.
