FAN AND FILTER
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove an insert of a wheel niche of the left forward wheel. |
| 2. Remove a horn of a sound signal. |
|
3. Disconnect the connection socket |
|
4. Weaken a collar and disconnect an air hose from the fan. |
|
5. Turn off fixing nuts (are specified by shooters) and remove the fan together with an arm. |
|
6. For removal of the air filter remove a collar (A), disconnect an air hose
from the fan, turn off a fixing nut (V) of the filter and remove a clip and the filter.
|
| 7. Remove the socket of connection of the fan. |
|
8. Turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters). |
|
9. Remove the pump from a fixing arm. |
|
10. If it is necessary, turn off fixing nuts (are specified by shooters) and remove a fixing plate. |
| 11. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |

THE CUTTING VALVE

|
1. Disconnect a vacuum tube (1) and air hoses (2) from the valve. |
| 2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the valve. |
| 3. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
|
THE SOLENOID OF THE CUTTING VALVE
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Disconnect the socket of connection (1) and vacuum hoses (2) from the solenoid. |
| 2. Turn off fixing screws and remove the solenoid. |
| 3. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
|
LOCKING VALVE
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Disconnect an air hose and remove the valve (it is specified by an arrow). |
| 2. At installation of the valve use sealant. |
|
CONNECTING TUBE
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect an air hose from the locking valve. |
| 2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a fixing arm of a tube. |
| 3. Disconnect a tube from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders, turn off fixing bolts and pick up the phone. |
| 4. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |

THE CUTTING VALVE AND THE SOLENOID
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Disconnect a vacuum tube from the solenoid. |
|
2. Disconnect ozdushny hoses from the valve. |
|
3. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a fixing arm of the valve. Disconnect the connection socket (it is specified by an arrow). |
|
4. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the cutting valve (A) or the solenoid (V) from a fixing arm. |
| 5. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |

LOCKING VALVE

|
1. Disconnect an air hose and unscrew the valve (it is specified by an arrow) from a tube. |
| 2. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
|
FORWARD CONNECTING TUBE
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the preliminary camera of system of air supply. |
|
2. Disconnect an air hose from the valve on a tube. |
|
3. Turn off fixing nuts on the left side. |
|
4. Turn off fixing nuts on the right side, take aside a fixing arm of the generator (it is specified by an arrow) if it is necessary. |
|
5. Pick up the phone. |
| 6. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
|
CONNECTING TUBE FOR THE LEFT NUMBER OF CYLINDERS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove a reception pipe of the exhaust system of the left number of cylinders. |
|
2. Turn off fixing bolts and disconnect a tube from a collector. |
|
3. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. Use new laying. |
|
CONNECTING TUBE FOR THE RIGHT NUMBER OF CYLINDERS
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
|
1. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the lower filter from a final collector.
|
|
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the top filter from a final collector. |
|
3. Turn off fixing bolts and disconnect a tube from a collector. |
| 4. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. Use new laying. |
