Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Turn off fixing bolts of a reception pipe of the exhaust system and disconnect a reception pipe. |
| 2. Remove the heat-shielding screen. |
| 3. Turn off fixing nuts and remove a final collector. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
DOHC ENGINE OF 2,0 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the air gate and a hose of system of air supply. |
| 2. Disconnect a reception pipe of the exhaust system. Turn off fixing nuts and remove a final collector. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
2,5 AND 3,0 L ENGINES
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| Final collector of the right number of cylinders |
| 1. Remove an inlet collector and a flange. |
| 2. Merge cooling liquid. |
|
3. Disconnect sockets of connection of sensors (are specified by shooters). |
|
4. Disconnect water hoses (are specified by shooters). |
|
5. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a final branch pipe (are specified by shooters). |
| 6. Remove an oil filter. |
|
7. Turn off nuts of connections of oil tubes on the block of cylinders (are specified by shooters). |
|
8. Turn off bolts of connections and disconnect tubes from the oil heater (sealing rings are specified by shooters). |
|
9. Remove a water hose. |
|
10. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the lower heat-shielding guard. |
|
11. Remove the top heat-shielding guard. |
| 12. Disconnect a reception pipe from the right final collector. |
| 13. Disconnect a tube of recirculation of exhaust gases. |
|
14. Pick up the phone of system of additional air supply. |
| 15. Turn off fixing nuts and remove a final collector. |
| 16. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. |
| Final collector of the left number of cylinders |
| 17. For removal of the left final collector remove the engine from the car or remove a head of the block of cylinders. |
| 18. Disconnect water and air tubes. |
| 19. Remove heat-shielding guards of a final collector. |
| 20. Turn off fixing nuts and remove a final collector. |
