Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Release pressure from a power supply system and disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Take off a driving belt and merge cooling liquid. |
| 3. Remove an airintaking branch pipe. |
| 4. Disconnect an accelerator rope from the lever of a butterfly valve. |
| 5. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a fixing arm of the generator from a collector. |
| 6. Disconnect fuel hoses from a fuel collector and disconnect connection sockets. |
| 7. Disconnect weight wires. |
| 8. Remove a casing of wires from an inlet collector. |
| 9. Disconnect air, vacuum and water hoses. |
| 10. Turn off fixing nuts and remove an inlet collector. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
DOHC ENGINE OF 2,0 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a driving belt and merge cooling liquid. |
| 2. Remove the case of a butterfly valve. |
| 3. Disconnect and remove fuel tubes from a fuel collector. |
| 4. Disconnect a weight wire. Remove a casing of wires together with sockets of connection of injectors. |
| 5. Disconnect vacuum and air hoses from an inlet collector. |
| 6. Remove fixing arms of the generator from a collector. Turn off fixing bolts and remove a fixing arm from below of an inlet collector. |
| 7. Turn off fixing nuts and bolts and remove an inlet collector. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
2,5 AND 3,0 L ENGINES
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
|
2. Disconnect an air hose from the idling speed regulator. |
| 3. Remove airintaking branch pipes. |
|
4. Remove a fixing clip and disconnect an accelerator rope from the lever of a butterfly valve. |
|
5. On models with system a cruise control remove a fixing clip. |
|
6. On models with system a cruise control, also disconnect a system rope a cruise control. |
|
7. Press water hoses (are specified by shooters) and disconnect them from the case of a butterfly valve. |
| 8. Disconnect sockets of connection of a potentiometer of a butterfly valve, the regulator of speed of idling, the switching valve and the valve of recirculation. |
|
9. Turn off a nut of connection and disconnect a tube from the recirculation valve. |
|
10. Remove a fixing arm of a tube. |
|
11. Disconnect a hose of the vacuum amplifier of the brake system. |
|
12. Weaken collars and disconnect vacuum and air hoses from an inlet collector. |
|
13. Turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove fixing arms of hoses and wires from an inlet collector. |
|
14. Remove caps, turn off fixing bolts (are specified by shooters) and remove the top section of an inlet collector. |
|
15. Remove caps, turn off fixing bolts and remove the top section of an inlet collector. |
|
16. Turn off nuts of connections and disconnect fuel hoses. |
|
17. Disconnect the socket of connection of injectors and a vacuum hose (it is specified by an arrow). |
|
18. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the lower section of an inlet collector. |
|
19. Remove consolidations (are specified by shooters). |
|
20. If it is necessary, turn off fixing bolts and remove a flange from above of a head of the block of cylinders. |

Installation

|
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. At installation replace all consolidations and sealing rings. |
