5.1.11. Case of a butterfly valve
MODELS WITH THE SOHC ENGINE OF 2,0 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. |
| 2. Disconnect an air branch pipe from the case of a butterfly valve and the air filter and remove a branch pipe. |
| 3. Disconnect a rope of an accelerator and remove a fixing arm of a rope from an inlet collector. |
| 4. Press water hoses and disconnect them from the case of a butterfly valve. Disconnect connection sockets. |
| 5. Disconnect vacuum and ventilating hoses. Turn off fixing nuts and remove the case of a butterfly valve. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
MODELS WITH THE DOHC ENGINE OF 2,0 L
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator. Release pressure from a power supply system. |
|
|
2. Disconnect sockets of connection of the sensor of air temperature and the sensor of a stream of air (it is specified by an arrow). |
|
3. Disconnect an air hose from a cover of a head of the block of cylinders. |

4. Release collars and remove an airintaking branch pipe. |
| 5. Disconnect an accelerator rope. |
|
6. Turn off a nut of connection (A), then turn off a fixing bolt of a tube (B). Disconnect a tube of supply of fuel and remove a fixing arm. |
|
7. Press water hoses, release fixing collars and disconnect hoses (are specified by shooters). |
| 8. Disconnect the remained sockets of connection and vacuum hoses, turn off fixing nuts and remove the case of a butterfly valve. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
2,5 AND 3,0 L ENGINES
Removal

| 1. Remove the top section of an inlet collector. |
|
|
2. Turn off fixing bolts and remove the case of a butterfly valve. |

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal. Replace sealing rings. |
