3.3.6. Covers of a gas-distributing belt
EXTERNAL COVER
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the preliminary camera of multiline system of an intake of air (see subsection 5.1.15). |
| 2. Pick up the forward connecting phone of secondary system of an admission of air. |
| 3. Take off an additional driving belt. |
|
4. Stop a shaft of the water pump a wrench and unscrew bolts of a pulley of the water pump. |
|
5. Remove a pulley of the water pump. In installation time new bolts will be necessary for you. |
|
6. Stop a pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering and unscrew pulley bolts. |
|
7. Remove a pulley. In installation time new bolts will be necessary for you. |
| 8. Disconnect a wire from the sensor of the right number of cylinders and disconnect a wire from a cover of a gas-distributing belt. |
|
|
| 9. Disconnect the top parts of the holder of a plait of wires which is fixed in a forward part of a cover of a gas-distributing belt. Remove a forward cover (the drawing at the left) and the right cover (the drawing on the right) the holder of a plait of wires. |
|
10. Disconnect a wire from the valve of adjustment of exhaust gases, unscrew bolts and remove the holder of a plait of wires. |
|
11. Unscrew bolts and remove a natyazhitel of an additional belt. |
| 12. Unscrew bolts and remove an external cover of a gas-distributing belt. |

Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
BACK COVER
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Take off a gas-distributing belt. |
| 2. Remove asterisks of camshafts, remove a pulley of a natyazhitel of a gas-distributing belt and intermediate pulleys. |
| 3. Remove the water pump. |
|
4. Unscrew fixing bolts of a back cover and uncover. |
|
Installation
Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
